Police have released the name of a man that died after a single-vehicle crash on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a tractor-trailer driven by 59-year-old Terry Jensen of St. Charles, Illinois was northbound when for an unknown reason the truck ran off the road hitting a utility pole and a culvert. Jensen was found unresponsive and police performed CPR before he was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center where he died.
The crash is believed to have been caused by a medical issue. The crash happened just before 10 am near the intersection of Long Pond Road.
