A tractor-trailer fire on Pennyrile Parkway in Christian County caused a temporary slowdown Friday morning.
Christian County emergency personnel say a tractor-trailer at the 17 mile marker of Pennyrile Parkway southbound caught fire burning the cab just after 11 am.
An ambulance was called out to check out the driver of the tractor-trailer for possible injuries.
Highland Fire Department was assisted by Crofton Fire Department and the Christian County Sheriff’s Office.
