A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly threatened two people with a BB gun on North Kentucky Avenue Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say two people were walking past a house when someone asked them what they were looking at then went inside and got 22-year-old Dustin Berry who pointed a BB gun at them and threatened to shoot them.
One of the females he pointed the gun at reportedly got her gun to defend herself because she thought the BB gun was real.
Berry was arrested and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment, and two counts of third-degree terroristic threatening.
