A man was charged with sexual abuse after a report of a disturbance Wednesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville police say they were called to the area of Bella Court for disturbance and found a woman who claimed a man was pleasuring himself in the presence of a child under the age of 16.
The man was arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse. The policy of the News Edge is not to use the names of any person or persons accused in connection with a rape or sexual abuse case until the person or persons is/are formally indicted by a Grand Jury.
