Man Charged After Fort Campbell Boulevard Crash

More information has been released about a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville that sent a Hopkinsville woman to a Nashville hospital Saturday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say a car driven by 30-year-old Tiffany Quarles was turning onto Fort Campbell Boulevard from the Horseshoe Restaurant parking lot when it collided with a northbound SUV driven by 32-year-old Deairus Neal of Hopkinsville.

Quarles was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to a waiting helicopter that flew her to Skyline Medical Center due to her injuries.

Police say Neal was located down the road from the scene and admitted to drinking and operating the vehicle. Neal was arrested and charged with DUI, no operator’s license, and failure to maintain required insurance.
