A teenager wanted for murder in Indiana was arrested in Lyon County after a weekend-long surveillance detail.
According to Kentucky State Police Post 1, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office received information on Friday from the Lake County, Indiana Sheriff’s Office indicating that the murder suspect, a 16-year old boy, had traveled to a relative’s house in the Eddy Creek area.
Troopers and detectives reportedly conducted surveillance through the weekend at the property and saw the teen on the property around 3:00 Sunday afternoon and he was taken into custody.
The murder investigation is being conducted by the Lake Station, Indiana Police Department.
