The Hopkinsville Rotary Club celebrated Education Night Tuesday night for night two of its annual auction.
Auction Chair Kelly Gates told Your News Edge that all of the schools in Christian County presented their donations, which came out to a record-breaking $80,000+. She added that Tuesday’s auction contributions included over $103,000 from the sale of items, the diner/sweet shop, and the Hour and Goat clubs.
Gates said Wednesday night will be packed full of activities for the auction.

Item donations are being accepted this week at the War Memorial Building in downtown Hopkinsville. Hour and Goat Club donations can be made in-person during the auction or online at HopkinsvilleRotary.com. Dinner will be served each night during the auction.
