PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT FACILITATOR
JOB SUMMARY: The Performance Improvement (PI) Facilitator performs functions that promote the Western State Hospital (WSH) mission and improve organizational performance. The functions include education and training of WSH employees, provision of information and collaboration with all departments, statistical analysis or information, preparation of graphical representations and management of multiple databases.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare and/or quality management related science or art.
TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with team building and team dynamics. Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access, and Excel programs. Ability to employ statistical tools. Three to Five years’ experience in healthcare preferred.
