Six Marshall Juveniles Charged With Making Threats

Authorities report six juveniles in the Marshall County school system have been charged after six different reports of threats. The Marshall County Sheriff's Office says they are continuing to conduct investigations and look into any potential threat to students. They add the six juveniles were charged Thursday with 2nd Degree Terroristic Threatening and by order of the Juvenile Court they were lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.

The Sheriff's Office says they have not reason to believe that any of these threats constitute a current danger to any of the schools in Marshall County, as those making the threats or comments were placed in detention. They add all area law enforcement agencies are taking these threats seriously and will continue to investigate and take action when appropriate.
