The Hopkins County Sheriff's Department says preliminary autopsy results have come back in the death of a Madisonville woman whose body was found along the railroad tracks in Morton's Gap. The State Medical Examiner's Office Friday said preliminary indications are that 36-year old Lisa Sullivan died as a result of blunt force trauma caused by being struck by a train.
Detective Will Coursey says the case remains under investigation pending the final report from the Medical Examiner's Office. Sullivan's body was found early Thursday morning by a CSX train crew.
