One Injured In Princeton Accident

A Lyon County man was injured Wednesday in a two vehicle accident in Caldwell County. Princeton Police say 59-year old Darel Gates, of Madisonville, was southbound on Jefferson Street, at the intersection with Washington Street, when he failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a pickup driven by 62-year old Joe Fulks, of Eddyville.

Fulks suffered a laceration to the head and was treated on the scene by Caldwell County EMS. The accident occurred around 8:24am Wednesday.
