First District State Senator Stan Humphries will serve on a number of key committees, including the powerful Appropriations and Revenue Committee.
The committee assignments for members of the Kentucky Senate were determined during December Caucus meetings and confirmed last week during the organizational week of the Kentucky General Assembly. In addition to the A & R Committee, Humphries will serve as Chairman of the Capital Planning Advisory Board and the Budget Review Subcommittee on Education. He will serve as Vice-Chair of both the Education, and State and Local Government Committees. And Humphries will serve on the Agriculture Committee.
