Eleven people are facing felony charges in Christian Circuit Court after being indicted Friday, including a man accused of assaulting a fellow resident at the Pennyroyal Veterans Center. According to court records, 32-year old Mark Jeffrey Bardwell, of Boales Avenue, was indicted for second degree assault. His court file says he and Deshea Williams started arguing over the TV remote and Bardwell punched him in the face and when he fell, started stomping Williams' face. The warrant says Williams suffered a broken orbital floor, eye sockets, sinus cavities and nose. The file says Bardwell claimed he had been picked on for some time and had finally had enough.
The Grand Jury also indicted 46-year old Mark Alan Wiles, of Madisonville Road, Crofton, on charges of first degree sodomy and first degree sexual abuse for allegedly forcing himself on his roommate after the two had been partying with controlled substances and alcohol.
18-year old Dorien Erick Muellion, of Hazel Street, was indicted for first degree criminal mischief and third degree criminal mischief in connection to throwing bricks at the Davita Dialysis Center and damaging property belonging to Joan Lester.
28-year old Decole Latrell Love, of Hopkinsville, 42-year old Michael Jeffrey Hall, of Park Avenue, 46-year old Gregory Antwan Gold, of East 18th Street, 44-year old Zane Ray Fletcher, of Roaring Spring Road, Lafayette, and 32-year old Kenobi Wills, of Hazel Street, were indicted for flagrant non-support.
27-year old Leonard Ethan Orneval, an inmate at the Christian County Jail, was indicted for being a persistent felony offender, second degree.
36-year old Jason Alexander, of Dogwood Church Road, was indicted on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and disregarding a stop sign.
40-year old Ryan Williams, of Clarksville, was indicted on charges of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and knowingly receiving a stolen firearm.
