Kentucky's junior Senator delivered an official response Tuesday night to the President's State of the Union address. Senator Rand Paul criticized the President, and to some extent, Congress, for the current fiscal policy.
Quoting former President Ronald Reagan, Paul also went after what he viewed as the increasing size of federal government.
Paul also expressed the view that the future of the country could be at stake, if changes are not made.
Paul further stated that he thought Congress was not moving in the right direction either, saying that Congress was debating the wrong things.
