Trial Date Set Again In December 2011 Oak Grove Murder
The Fort Campbell soldier accused of murdering his wife in Oak Grove in December 2011 will go to trial at the end of September. Commonwealth's Attorney Lynn Pryor and Michael Korolevich's defense attorney, Michael Thompson, appeared before Christian County Circuit Judge Andrew Self Wednesday afternoon to discuss the trial date.
Thompson also informed the Judge he was missing several pieces of evidence.
Pryor assured Judge Self she would find out where the pictures were and get copies to the defense. Korolevich is accused of murdering his wife, Kathleen McGee, and originally leading police to believe it was suicide. It was not until three months later, when confronted with evidence, that Korolevich allegedly confessed to the crime.
