The case against the woman accused of attacking Hopkinsville Mayor Dan Kemp's wife in December 2010 is still in limbo as attorney's wait for an independent mental evaluation. Lori Ann Little and her attorney Nan Calloway appeared before Christian Circuit Court Judge Andrew Self Wednesday afternoon, where Calloway informed the court of a pending appointment.
Judge Self set a review date for June 26th to allow the psychologist two months to complete the evaluation. Little is accused of attacking Henrietta Kemp at the Kemp's Deepwood Drive home. She was previously evaluated by the doctors at the Kentucky Correctional Psychiatric Center at LaGrange.
