For the second time in just over two weeks an Anna Street man has been charged with DUI after wrecking his moped.

Cadiz Police reports say early Friday morning officer Andrew Sanderson found an intoxicated 36 year old Joey Henderson in a ditch on Anna Street with his moped on top of him.   Henderson was taken to Trigg County Hospital and later flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center for his injuries. Henderson was charged with another DUI.

On June 27th Henderson was found intoxicated in a ditch on Anna Street injured from a moped accident. He was flown to Vanderbilt that time as well.
