Among the twelve people indicted Friday by the Christian County Grand Jury is the man with many names, who escaped from the Christian County Jail and was recently caught in New York. According to court records, 20-year old Jose Feliciana, also known as Luis Raul Dechoudens Espinal, was indicted for two counts of fleeing and evading police, knowingly receiving stolen property over five-hundred dollars, assault of a service animal, and giving officers a false name. The incident occurred June 15, when according to police reports, Feliciano was seen in the sitting in a vehicle in the area of recent burglaries. Officers say when they made contact with him to make sure he was not involved in the burglaries, he fled and refused to stop. He was finally apprehended with the help of a Sheriff's Canine unit, but Feliciano did hit the dog in the head to try and get away.
Also indicted were several individuals on drug trafficking and manufacturing charges, burglary charges, and theft charges.
