WKDZ Exhibit Opens At The Trigg Historical Society Museum

Visitors to the Trigg County Historical Museum can take a walk through the history of WKDZ when viewing the Radio Retrospective exhibit. The father of WKDZ, Willie Wilson joined current General Manager Beth Mann and others for the first look at the exhibit that will remain on display at the museum through late October.

Mann says putting the exhibit together reminds us of the committment of WKDZ to the community and the community to the radio station since it came on the air in 1966.

Trigg County Historical Society member David Shore says he hoping the public will take time to view the exhibit and remember the history associated with WKDZ.

In addition to tracing the history of WKDZ and WHVO, the exhibit also includes a number of antique radios, microphones and other items from the collection WKDZ-WHVO President D J Everett.
