Hooks Indicted In Choat Murder

The Trigg County Grand Jury has returned indictments against the man accused in the cold case murder of Harvey Choat, at his New Hope Road home, back in 2008. Commonwealth's Attorney G.L. Ovey says the Seth Hooks case was added to the Grand Jury's docket today.

Ovey says the decision to move ahead with a Grand Jury indictment was more a matter of convience.

Hooks will now face the charges in Trigg Circuit Court. Hooks was arraigned Tuesday in Trigg District Court.
