Wildflower Designs Ribbon Cutting

A ribbon cutting Thursday at a new business in downtown Cadiz welcomes the first business created from the Business Incubator Program. The owners of Wildflower Designs, Bennai Craighead and Christine Roller, say the store is full of handmade crafts by local people.

Char Manning, owner of the Blue Heron, says this was her goal when she started the business incubator program.

Manning says she's excited that the girls have been able to take their ideas and step out on their own.

Craighead and Roller say they also want people to know about a charity that is important to them and they are supporting through the store.

Wildflower Designs is located at 16 Court Street, next to H.B. Quinn's office. Their hours are Monday through Thursday 8 to 5, Fridays 8 to 6, and Saturdays 9 to 6.
