Bond Change Denied For Fidelio Road Murder Suspect

Bond conditions will not be changed for the woman accused in the murder of her husband. Jessie Goslyn appeared before Circuit Judge Andrew Self Wednesday afternoon with a motion for a change in her bond conditions that would allow her to visit a community center for exercise. Commonwealth's Attorney Lynn Pryor asked that the bond be denied.

Despite pleas from Goslyn's attorney, Judge Self agreed with Pryor and denied the motion.

Goslyn is accused of conspiring with her reported boyfriend Jarred Long to kill Goslyn's husband Vincent Goslyn on Fidelio Road in February of 2012. The case now waits for a decision from the Court of Appeals on a evidence suppression issue before moving forward again.
