UPDATE - UHA Graduate In Serious Condition



A recent University Heights Academy graduate remains hospitalized in Louisville following an accident near Bardstown Wednesday morning. Officials at University of Louisville Medical Center tell the News Edge that Alex Keys is in serious condition as of Thursday morning. 

The accident reportedly happened between 8:30am and 9:30am on. Keys reportedly hydroplaned, slid into the other lane of traffic and hit a dump truck. He apparently has several broken bones and has undergone two surgeries for treatment of his injuries.

A prayer vigil was reportedly held at UHA Wednesday evening.
