Pennyrile Historians Meet In Elkton



The Pennyrile Historians Committee held its latest meeting Thursday at the Todd County Courthouse and Welcome Center, in Elkton. During the meeting, members discussed activities of historic nature in the communities throughout the Pennyrile Region.

The lunch meeting was hosted by Carrie Joy Brookshire, who shared historic information about Todd County, and the city of Elkton. Guests enjoyed ice cream delights at the L and R Fountain Shop, which is located in the town square.
