TOYS FOR TOTS INFORMATION - 2014 - Application will be accepted, Starting Monday, October 20th through Friday, November 21st for the Annual Trigg County Toys For Tots Program. Applications must be filled out in person at the Ambulance Department between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Applicants will be given a receipt listing their pick-up time, date and place. Children age 12 and under are elibible (you cannot be on the Angel Tree, too) Gifts will be given out on Saturday, December 13 from 9 until Noon. Members of the Ladies' Auxiliary of the American Legion and the men of the American Legion, Post #74, are sponsoring a Titans Weekend as our major Fund Raiser for the year. All proceeds raised will be used for local veterans' organizations, to include the new Homeless Shelter in Hopkinsville, the Fisher House on Fort Campbell, the full-time nursing care facility at Hanson, Kentucky, and the VA Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The tickets are $5.00 each and the weekend package includes: Two seats on the 50-Yard Line for the Titans vs New York Giants on December 14, 2014. An overnight stay in a downtown hotel and $100 cash.
