Tickets for the 35th Annual Christmas Madrigal Feaste are now available by calling 270-885-5072. This will bring to an end this popular tradition in Hopkinsville, as the Directors, Steve and Connie Wiggin will be retiring in 2015. The 2015 Feaste will be presented Thursday and Friday December 11th & 12th at 6:30pm at the Grace Episcopal Church, Sixth & Liberty, Hopkinsville. Reserved seating tickets for the four course banquet and evening's entertainment are $25 each. Seating is limited, so call for tickets today.
The Way Fund Raiser "Santa's Cookie and Candy Bazaar" on Saturday, December 6th. It is unique and fun as numerous organizations will be bringing their favorite Sweets to display and sell and visitors will take what they want from the various providers and pay for their selections by the pound. Dr. Martha Davis is managing this Fund Raiser.

6:00 PM - The Compassionate Friends, a non profit self help support group for bereaved parents, grandparents and siblings will be hosting their Annual Candle Lighting Service and potluck dinner at the Christian Co. Baptist Association Bldg., 905 North Drive, Hopkinsville. The meat, bread and drinks are provided. Attendees are asked to bring a side dish or sessert and may also bring a photo of their child, grandchild, brother or sister that has passed. The Hopkinsville YMCA and Celebrate Recovery have created a new partnership to bring recovery to hurting and broken people in Christian County. The YMCA and Celebrate Recovery are sharing a building located at 913 South Main Street in downtown Hopkinsville (across from Harper House and next door to Ferrell’s).
Celebrate Recovery is a Christian based 12 Step Recovery Program based on eight principles from the Beatitudes. Celebrate Recovery is free and open to anyone interested in recovery from alcohol and drug addiction, divorce, co-dependency and other addictions. CR meets every Friday night from 6:30-9:00 PM. Butterfly Boutique, 1631 South Main Street in Hopkinsville - a place for the women of Trilogy and their children to come and be pampered, ministered to, and shop for clothes that are all donated by the gracious people of Hopkinsville and Cadiz. Donations of womens clothings, shoes, accessories, clothing for children, as well as monetary donations, are greatly appreciated. This is a non-profit, and we rely on the community to help us serve and keep this ministry in motion. They have expanded their ministry to include the women and children of the Salvation Army, Trilogy, Sanctuary, Bethany House, and many other families in need. They need help with clothing, shoes, and accessories. The Butterfly Boutique operates solely on your donations of items and monetary donations (which are tax deductible). Every Friday - 12 Noon - You are invited to join in a Prayer Circle for the City of Hopkinsville by the fountain at Little River Park. Open to all who wish to participate. The Prayer Circle will gather every Friday regardless of weather.
The Coffee CONNECTION has recently opened its doors at 910 South Main Street in Hopkinsville. They will offer free coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks and internet service. Visitors are welcome to come in for quiet reading, kniting, or bring your group for a quiet meeting. They will operate only on donations.
