Police are looking for the driver of a rental truck that reportedly hit an awning and left the scene of the crash. Hopkinsville Police report the accident occurred shortly before 11:30 Wednesday morning at Discount Liquors, located at 107 North Virginia Street. They say the driver of a Penske Truck Leasing truck was going through the drive thur window and hit the awning causing moderate damage to the building. Police indicate the driver then left the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
