A Hopkinsville resident will serve as Vice Chairman of a statewide education committee. Wynn Radford was a recently elected to the position for the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence. He will serve under the new Chairman, William Wilson of Lexington.
Radford is a familiar face in Hopkinsville having served on several boards and commissions, including the most recent District Facilities Planning Committee for the Christian County Public School System. Radford retired from Higgins Insurance & Benefits Inc. where he served as President.
The Prichard Committee is a statewide citizens advocacy organization that focuses on improving Kentucky schools.
