Secondary Roads Remain Slick And Hazardous

State and local road crews will be out in full force again today to try and make some headway on road clearing before more snow moves in Monday. Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says crews made some progress on main routes, but secondary roads still need alot of attention.

Todd says some of the crews are also helping restock salt supplies.

He adds people staying off the roads is helping crews make progress on the roads.

Todd adds there have been very few accidents involving snow plows across District One and Two, which is good news.

Todd says crews will be out in full force while the winter weather continues it's assault on the region.
