Flags are flying at half staff in memory of a longtime Trigg County public servant. Judge Executive Hollis Alexander issued a Proclamation Wednesday morning following the death of Deputy Sheriff Kenneth Butts.
Alexander says Deputy Butts served the people of Cadiz and Trigg County for more than 30 years.
