Russellville Police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman in connection with an arson investigation. Police say officers and the Russellville Fire Department responded to a garage fire at 390 East 2nd Street on February 22. The garage belonged to Jean Kempf and the cause of the fire was undetermined at the time.
Police are looking for Tiffany Nicole Biggs, aka “Nikki”, who they say is a person of interest in the arson investigation. She also has a warrant for her arrest for failure to appear.
