Police say a Madisonville man was arrested after he crashed into a parked vehicle and a flatbed trailer Saturday morning.
Madisonville Police say officers responded to the intersection of West Noel and Ada Lane at 7:51 a.m. where a vehicle driven by 36-year old Jerome Patterson had ran off the road into the Dollar General parking lot and hit the parked vehicle and fire hydrant. Police report the vehicle continued through the parking lot and through a chain-link fence at Hopkins County Stone before coming to a stop after crashing into a flatbed trailer.
Patterson was arresed and booked into the Hopkins County Jail charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs 2nd Offense, and Possession of Marijuana.
