Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man who was indicted earlier this month in connection to an investigation that began in Marshall County more than a decade ago.
Benton Police are looking for 49-year old Mitchell Carl McDonald who was indicted by a grand jury on July 10 for 1st Degree Burglary, 4th Degree Assault (Minor Injury), 1st Degree Attempted Rape, 1st Degree Unlawful Imprisonment, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Persistent Felony Offender 1. McDonald reportedly has an active felony warrant that stems from an investigation that started in 2006.
Police say McDonald’s last known location was in Paducah but he could be anywhere in western Kentucky. If anyone has information on where he can be found, please call 270-527-1333 if in Marshall County, or call your local police/sheriff’s department if outside of Marshall County.
