The College of Insurance was formed in 2014 and is an education-based program designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to attain an insurance license.
Key Successes of the COI Program:
* 100% of program participants who passed the official insurance exam received job offers from TTEC
* Licensed associates earn on average $3-5 more than non-licensed associates
* 10% of TTEC associates who received their licenses were offered opportunities for promotion
