Three passengers were injured in a two-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Chelsa Drive and Island Ford Road in Madisonville Tuesday afternoon.
Madisonville Police say 71-year old Margaret Williams of Madisonville was turning from Chelsa Drive onto Island Ford Road and failed to yield the right of way and collided with a SUV driven by 77-year old Billy Spurlin of Madisonville, who was traveling northbound on Island Ford Road.
Police report three passengers in Spurlin’s vehicle, 38-year old Connie Crick, 18-year old Gloria Crick, and 12-year old Savannah Crick, all of Madisonville, were transported by ambulance to Baptist Health for minor injuries.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
