The Hopkinsville Police Department’s Emergency Communications Center (ECC) recently received an award for serving their community with professionalism. According to a social media post, they were awarded the Public Safety Answering Point of the Year by the Kentucky Chapter of the National Emergency Number Association and the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials.
The ECC received this award for their unwavering professional service to our community, first responders and each other on a daily basis.
