A Christian County man injured when his vehicle hit a farm animal north of Herndon Monday afternoon is still in a Nashville hospital. As of Thursday morning, Skyline Medical Center spokeswoman Emily Cockrell tells the News Edge Troy Clere is listed in critical condition.
Christian County Sheriff Sergeant Jeff Goulet reported Clere was traveling westbound on Gracey-Herndon Road when he hit a hog standing in the middle of the road, which caused him to lose control of his vehicle and overturn multiple times.
Clere was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center and then flown to the hospital in Nashville.
