Kentucky State Parks is offering a discounted lodging rate for current and former members of the nation’s armed forces.
According to a release, active duty military, retired members of the military, veterans, members of the National Guard, and reservists are eligible for the discounted rate. Lake Barkley State Resort Park and Kentucky Dam Village will offer lodge rooms at $64.95 a night, one-bedroom cottages at $84.95 a night, two-bedroom cottages for $94.95 a night, and three-bedroom cottages at $104.95 a night.
Proof of military service is required at check-in to receive the discount. The discount is valid through March 31, 2019. If you are making a reservation online, use code “USA” to receive the discount.
