Kentucky State Police have released the names of the three-homicide victims found inside a home on Stringtown Road in Livingston County Friday night. The victims are identified as 38-year old January Stone of Grand Rivers, 28-year old Robert Belt, Junior of Burna and 49-year old Johnny Mallory of Paducah. State Police say the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Louisville will conducting one autopsy Saturday and two on Sunday.
Post 1 Public Affairs Officer Trooper Jay Thomas reports they received a call about a deceased person in a residence on Stringtown Road around 8:15 Friday night. When troopers arrived at the scene they found three victims inside the residence from what appeared to be gunshot wounds. All three were pronounced dead at the scene by the Livingston County Coroner’s Office.
Shortly after state police received the call, Trooper Thomas says the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department received a call from a person claiming to have knowledge of multi-people being killed. Deputies responded and detained 29-year old Jackie Clint Doom of Grand Rivers. After conducting a preliminary investigation at the scene and interviewing Doom, he was charged with three counts of murder and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
