A Crofton man was charged with receiving property that was stolen back in October.

According to a Christian County Sheriff’s report, deputies received information that 33-year-old Jamie Bean had rims on his vehicle that were reported stolen in October.  When a deputy went to a home in the 15000 block of Madisonville Road, Bean told him someone sold him the rims for around $150 but he didn’t know their name. The deputy says the vehicle was towed from the scene and taken to the warehouse for further investigation.

Bean was arrested shortly before 11:00 p.m. and booked into the Christian County Jail charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.
