Clarksville Police are looking for a man who failed to return to the Montgomery County Jail after completion of his furlough Sunday.
Timothy T. Hutcherson was released on furlough by court order and never returned to the jail, according to a media release from the Clarksville Police Department. Hutcherson has multiple felony charges including homicide, attempted murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a felony, and reckless endangerment.
Police say he was granted a furlough for 3 hours on Sunday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 to attend his father’s funeral.
