Motorists traveling on KY 189, the Greenville Road, in northern Christian County need to be aware a portion of the road will be closed Wednesday to allow a cross drain to be replaced.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet spokesman Keith Todd says Greenville Road will be closed about miles south of the Christian-Muhlenberg County line between Manire Road and KY 1914/Crofton Fire Tower Road. The roadway at this site is expected to be closed from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
There will not be a marked detour. However, Todd says motorists may self-detour via KY 1914 and KY 800.
