A Hopkinsville woman was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of marijuana Sunday afternoon.
According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 37-year-old Jessica Luttrell was found sleeping in a running vehicle on Canton Pike.
Police reportedly smelled marijuana as they talked with her and found marijuana and methamphetamine in the vehicle along with a gun on her, loaded with restricted ammunition.
She is charged with first-degree trafficking controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a handgun by convicted felon and using restricted ammunition during a felony.
