Hopkinsville Woman Charged With Trafficking Meth
A Hopkinsville woman was charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of marijuana Sunday afternoon. According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 37-year-old Jessica Luttrell was found sleeping in a running vehicle on Canton Pike. Police reportedly smelled marijuana
