Alexander and Francis were not injured in the attack.
Baggett says after a series of meetings Thursday night, the group was able to leave Haiti early Friday afternoon. Police escorted the group to the airport in Cap-Haïtien and the group landed safely in Florida shortly before 4:00 this afternoon.
Baggett adds there are other Cadiz residents who are currently in the country. Beverly and David Underhill are currently living in Haiti as house parents at an orphanage. Baggett says they are hunkered down behind the gates of their compound until the unrest dies down.
