3 Charged After Suspicious Vehicle Call In Elkton

A suspicious vehicle call ended with three people being arrested on multiple charges in Elkton Monday.

According to an Elkton police report, police were called to the old Save A Lot for a suspicious vehicle, when they arrived two people fled the area but were located shortly after fleeing.

38-year-old James Bowles of Elkton was reportedly found to have a handgun, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

Bowles was charged with possession of cocaine third offense, possession of methamphetamine second offense, possession of a handgun by convicted felon, fleeing or evading police, resisting arrest, promoting contraband and possession of marijuana.

Two other people in the vehicle 29-year-old Marcus Henry of Elkton was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by convicted felon. Orville Messer of Elkton was charged with possession of marijuana.
