A man was charged with menacing and carrying a concealed weapon after an argument over a wreck Friday.
According to a Hopkinsville police report, 55-year-old Orril Martin was in an argument with someone after a wreck, they wanted a police report and he just wanted to pay for the damage.
He reportedly started yelling and reaching behind him as if he had a weapon.
Martin left the scene and when police went to talk with him they could reportedly smell marijuana.
No marijuana was found but a large kitchen knife was located concealed in a backpack. Martin is a convicted felon.
