A Chicago woman was injured in a wreck on Interstate 24 Saturday morning. Christian County Sheriff’s Office report 44-year-old Steven Duignan of Chicago, Illinois was eastbound on Interstate 24 at the 75 mile marker when his front tire blew causing his vehicle to strike the guardrail and break the front wheel off of his vehicle.
Duignan was not injured but his passenger 47-year-old Colleen Duignan was taken to Tennova Hospital in Clarksville by ambulance for injuries.
