A Hopkinsville man was charged with public intoxication, possession of marijuana and first-degree promoting contraband Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police report 32-year-old Nathan Cowen was initially charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place on Dawson Springs Road after he was seen falling in the area by witnesses and after getting to the jail he was found to have a small bag of marijuana on him.
