An Elkton man was charged with first-degree criminal mischief in connection with a February vehicle fire in Elkton.
Elkton Police say 53-year-old Rex Oakes was arrested after he reportedly set fire to his ex-girlfriend’s car during an argument on February 28th.
Oakes was allegedly seen by police in the area minutes before the fire.
